Littleover Building Services Limited are a reputable construction company currently in their 40th year of trading having been established in 1985. We work on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects across Derbyshire and the wider Midlands area. Due to continual expansion and workload, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bricklayer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out high quality brickwork across our various projects
- Set out buildings accurately without assistance
- Ensure all works maintain health and safety standards
- Maintain a professional approach with clients at all times
- Oversee projects and liaise with the Contracts Manager on all issues
- Forecast material requirements in advance and inform Contracts Manager
- Work as part of a team as well as individually
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience from date of qualification
- NVQ2 as a minimum
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Be able to work 7.30am – 4.15pm (Monday – Friday)
- Set out projects confidently and accurately
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
- Be reliable and punctual and able to work across the Midlands
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
