Description
We are currently working on a single storey extension in Derby which has its complications; which we will overcome.
This long extension is to provide the client with more kitchen space and a larger dining area. It will also consist of a utility room and a small storage room with a roller shutter door.
The complicated part of the project is the fact the works are so close to the neighbouring boundary. In order to overcome this, the foundations have had to be dug by hand, the concrete has had to be sequenced in order to not undermine the adjacent wall and the foundations are also offset with the building coming off the edge of the concrete.
These are the elements nobody sees once the final, fantastic project is handed over.
