KITCHEN EXTENSION BRINGS THE LIGHT AS WELL AS DREAMS TO REALITY
We are extremely proud of our kitchen extension on Kedleston Road in Derby and our clients are also delighted with the result.
The project was a long single storey extension which also consisted of a utility area and garage/storage space.
We carried out the foundations, drainage, floor slab, brickwork & blockwork, knock through including steel installation, roof structure & cover, garage door, glazed roof, Crittal style doors & window, flooring, plastering, electrical works, plumbing & heating installation and joinery works.
The kitchen was supplied and installed by Victoria Robert who have done a great job.
The project was not without its complications; mainly due to the close proximity of the neighboring boundary wall. This hampered not only the brick/block external wall but also the installation of the roof timbers & covering and the glazed roof as scaffolding the build was not possible. However, as usual, Mark & the team overcame these obstacles and it has resulted in this amazing space.
