Recently, David and Stephen completed a CITB backed course aimed at improving the knowledge of builders in relation to AI and how it can be used in the construction industry.
Specifically, it looked at improving marketing, submitting quotations quicker, assessing tender documents, scheduling follow ups with clients better, and improved decision making when it comes to deciding to price work.
Although we will always feel that the more personable and human approach is the best way, we cannot get away from the fact that AI is becoming a larger element in all aspects of everyday society. This is why we decided to take the course and start using the areas which would benefit us the most.
We already feel this is has started to work, especially in the marketing side, based on the fact that four projects have been secured since the completion of this at the end of June.
