Gower Street Church
Gower Street Church has had many identities over the years with its most recent being nightclubs, Bar 121 and Sin. The building has been left empty for the last few years and has fallen into disrepair but is structurally sound.
The church is going to be converted into eight luxury apartments spread over three floors and consist of a mixture of four, three, two and one bed apartments.
John Smedley Mills, Lea Bridge, Matlock
The works to John Smedley East Mills have now started, keep your eyes open for more photo updates.
John Smedley East Mill at Lea Bridge is a project we shall be commencing very soon. The demolition of part of the mill has been carried out and we shall be converting the existing mill into ten apartments.
Part of the original stock warehouse is going to be demolished but the remainder is going to be converted into three, triple-storey townhouses.
One part of the original building is to become a single dwelling house.
We are also building twelve new build homes, split into three blocks, which shall be in local stone and of timber frame construction.

Filterhouse studios, Lancaster
Full planning permission has been granted for the construstion of 168 en-suite student rooms. The rooms will be split over 2 buildings. We are now on site, keep your eye on progress photos!!
Club Street, Stoke-on-Trent
Planning permission has now been granted for 52 bed student accommodation. We are now on site, keep ypur eye on progress photos!
30 West Croft Avenue
This project at West Croft Avenue was a former bungalow that has been demolished makeing way for 10 modern & spacious flat. They will be split over three blocks all with parking.
Shenstone, Litchfield
This project in Shenstone near Litchfield is a full demolition of an existing property, and constructing a new modern four bedroom detached family home.
Burton Road
This project on Burton Road will consist of removing the full existing roof, including chimney stacks and creating a full loft conversion with a large dormer. Within the converted loft you will find two large ensuite bedrooms, a large study and storage room. Within the re-roof, there will be large Velux windows to allow in maximum amounts of natural light.
